New Moon Cycle and Sound Healing

New Moon Circle + Sound Healing Workshop
Join us as we gather in sacred space to honor the energy of the new moon — a powerful time for planting intentions, releasing the past, and aligning with what’s next.

We’ll begin with gentle grounding practices and intention setting, followed by a guided meditation and journaling prompts to connect with your inner wisdom. Then, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound — using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to help clear energetic blocks and reset your nervous system.

This workshop is a blend of community, ritual, and deep rest. All are welcome — no experience necessary. Please bring a journal, yoga mat or blanket, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported.
