Cumberland State of the County

Cumberland County Board of Commissioners Chairman Kirk deViere will deliver a State of the County Address on April 29, 2025. During this event, Chairman deViere will provide an update on the County’s progress, current updates, and future vision.

Details:

Date & Time: Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 6 p.m.

Location: Cumberland County Historic Courthouse, 130 Gillespie St., Fayetteville

Who: The public and members of the media are invited to attend.

Security Notice: To ensure the safety of all attendees, deputies from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office will be present to conduct security measures using handheld metal detector wands. Attendees carrying bags, purses, or briefcases will be asked to open them for a visual inspection.

Accessibility: The building is accessible via a ramp on the south side of the building, and an elevator to the meeting room on the second floor.

The State of the County Address will be livestreamed on the County’s website at www.cumberlandcountync.gov, YouTube Channel and on CCNCTV Spectrum Channel 5.
