💕Over many years I have used many techniques to help myself spiritually, mentally and physically and have managed to raise my vibration considerably. It has taken a lot of work but I would not be without it. This really has changed my life. I am now sharing my wisdom with others to help raise their vibration.
✨At this pivotal time for humanity it is more important than ever that we take care of ourselves, by doing this we are not only helping ourselves we are helping the whole collective. I use many different types of healing, meditation, breathing exercises, crystals, angels etc. During my workshops and mini retreats you will be guided through a meditations, receive healing, connect with like minded people, all to help with raising your consciousness. I always work with my intuition so each session will be different and always what is needed on the day.
