Newnham Open Gardens

Come and enjoy an afternoon at one of Kent’s favourite Open Gardens days in the Syndale valley set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Some lovely village gardens will be open for you to enjoy.

Teas will be served from 2.00pm to 5pm at New Calico. 

There will be Pimm’s local beers and filled rolls available on the village green where local men's singing group Lowering the Tone will be performing at 2.30pm.

There will be flowers and a plant stall to see in the church.

Open gardens include Sandhurst Farm Forge on Seed Road ME9 0NE which will also be hosting craft displays and demonstrations as part of South East Open Studios. Parking and refreshments will be available.

Limited parking at Sharsted Playing Field ME9 0LQ.

Entrance by programme obtainable at any of the open gardens

Adults £5 accompanied children free

Proceeds to Newnham church funds.
