The 8 Week Mindfulness Based Living Course is all about getting you started on a mindfulness practice as a way of life. Supporting you to start, maintain and deepen a mindfulness meditation practice and lifestyle. An inner resource to help you manage stress,anxiety or depression? Or to grow the capacity for gratitude, joy and connection.
Or simply to refresh an existing mindfulness practice.
The course takes you on a journey back home to yourself - structured over 8 weeks, building week upon week - it gently guides you through the highs and lows of starting a mindfulness practice. With theory, practice, movement and group inquiry.
The course developed by The Mindfulness Association draws its teachings from Buddhist psychology and evolutionary psychology.
The course includes a free app, book and ongoing support during the course and beyond if needed.. There is also a retreat day during the course to deepen practice.
The course is a supportive and confidential space in which to explore how your mind works, what gets in the way, and ways to settle, ground and make space to choose a new direction.
The Course will commence on Wednesday evenings from September - early bird pricing pricing of £200 ends on July31st!
