Knicker Embroidery with Abbie Walsh

Join us for a magical evening of creativity with Abbie, as you learn the beautiful art of hand embroidering beads onto a pair of luxurious, handcrafted knickers!

In this 3-hour workshop, you'll explore intricate hand embroidery techniques using beads, sequins, pearls, stones, and threads—including vintage and costume deadstock materials. Guided by Abbie, who brings over 20 years of experience in fashion, costume, and couture embroidery, you'll create a truly unique and personal piece to take home.

Each guest will receive:

• A pair of locally made tie-side knickers in soft Liberty cotton lawn (available in adjustable sizes XS–XL) worth £28
• A thoughtfully curated embroidery kit, including everything you need to continue your stitching journey: hoop, threads, beads, needles, beading mat, pin cushion, and more
• Expert tuition and creative inspiration in a relaxed, welcoming environment
• A glass of fizz or cooler with a small snack plate
