Dressage to Music Demo with Avery Maude

Avery is a 23 year old former international FEI dressage rider for team GB and currently runs a freestyle business alongside being a freelance rider and dressage coach. She is a full time competitor herself so understands what goes into music tests from not only a technical stand point but also from the perspective of the rider.

Avery has worked with a range of riders and horses from prelim to Grand Prix. Creating both floorplans and music that work to highlight the strengths of each partnership and create a harmonious picture between horse and rider. She has had freestyles at the Tokyo and Paris Paralympic Games, HOYS, multiple internationals, premier leagues, and countless championships.

Avery’s musical background comes from a childhood of music lessons and she holds a range of qualifications in music examinations including up to Grade 8 in vocals and Grade 7 in flute.
