The Compassion Based Living Course guides us on a journey to explore how we can turn towards our challanges and difficulties with self -compassion and a non-judgemental kindness and encouragement . Learning to be our own best friend.
Compassion and self- compassion is a skill that can be learnt and integrated into any existing mindfulness experience that you may have. It can be the missing link to wellbeing and resilience.
Derived from buddhist and evolutionary psychology and also neuroscience this course will equip you with the skills to turn towards suffering using practical meditative skills, that you can incorporate into your life.

On this taster evening you will get the opportunity to explore the course content, ask questions and try some compassion practice.
The course will commence proper on wednesdays evenings for 8 weeks ( with a break for Easter) on February 18th 7 -9pm. Booking essential.
