WHAT TO EXPECT :
Weekly class on Monday evenings from 7:15pm-8:15pm, from 23.06.25 - 28.07.25
Level is suitable for:
-those who have never danced before
- those who have danced other dances but not TANGO or
- those who have only taken a few lessons
We cover the fundamentals and get you dancing gorgeous tango moves.
We welcome people from all backgrounds and ages, and are LGBTQ+ friendly.
The 6 week course will offer the fundamentals of Argentine Tango, from Richard’s 26 years of experience teaching. We will teach fundamentals through beautiful intricate movements that Argentine Tango is known for.
We aim to prepare you for social dancing- the underground community of Tango dancers in Kent will welcome you to events throughout the week should you wish to attend.
Option to continue to term 2 (6 weeks) commencing 04.08.25 (details to be provided nearer the time), should you enjoy the dance and wish to continue learning with us !
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a change of shoes that allow sliding on a wooden floor.
If you are booking as a single dancer, we will need to pair you with another dancer who wishes to do the other part of the dance (leading or following).
