Through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra journey, you’ll be guided inward to connect with your inner fire and the quiet wisdom of your heart. As the body enters deep rest, the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and healing instruments will support emotional clearing, energetic alignment, and heart activation.
As the new moon marks a cosmic reset, this Leo lunation invites you to reconnect with your authentic passion and purpose. Through intention setting, conscious awareness, vibrational healing and deep rest with Nidra, we enjoy a nourishing purring sacred pause together to receive and replenish.
What to Expect:

Please bring your journal, water, and anything you need to feel cozy (blanket, eye pillow, favorite crystal).
