Remember when you were a child and the whole world was filled with possibility? When any dream was possible and imagination ruled? The Ship is a fantastic journaling journey, designed to explore themes of change, adventure, excitement, and learning to say “yes!” and lean into childlike wonder.
Board The Ship (metaphorically!) and leave this workshop feeling ready to take on the world, having confronted what has been holding you back and working through your inhibitions.
This Writing for Wellness Workshop is perfect for those looking to move on from anything that’s been holding them back, to find adventure down a new path, or those who want to know more about their own inner thoughts.
Guided journaling is a new approach to journaling, led by creative writer, Charlotte. During a Writing for Wellness Workshop, you are invited to listen to a story read aloud before pausing intermittently to write down how certain points and prompts in the story have made you feel. Tying this together provides a narrative of your thoughts and feelings, and helps give structure to them. You can then look back in the day and weeks to come, at how far you have come on your journey of personal growth.
