Come join us for a 2-day Mental Health First Aid course happening on the 14th and 15th at Farnborough Football Club. This in-person event will equip you with the tools and knowledge to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis. Don't miss out on this opportunity to make a difference in your community!
This course is ideal for individuals who would like to become an MHFAider® to gain the knowledge, awareness, and skills to spot signs of people experiencing poor mental health, be confident to start a conversation, and signpost a person to appropriate support.
Upon completion of the course, you will become a qualified Mental Health First Aider, accredited by MHFA England, valid for 3 years.
There is free parking on site, and lunch included.
