Tania Leach – Yoga, breathwork and Tourette Syndrome for Adults & Children

Tania began practicing yoga in her early 20’s to resolve her stress-related issues associated with running her own high-end fashion design business in central London. Having discovered the benefits of yoga for herself, it became a huge part of her life and self-discovery resulting in dedicated practice, meditation, and an immersion into the yogic lifestyle. She travelled extensively, trying the many different styles of yoga in the ashrams of Thailand, The Balearics, and Europe before returning to the UK to become qualified as a teacher.

Yoga helps to soothe our nervous system and helps us befriend, reduce the frequency, and respond kindly to the physical and emotional symptoms of TS. Breathwork is a valuable tool to reduce, refocus, and clear your mind to help reduce tics (particularly vocal tics)
