Strong Warriors Weight Lifting Challenge

This is a head to head competition. Each respective competitor in each weight class has to lift the same weight before moving on to the next round. Each round the weight is increased. Round after round this process is repeated until only one lifter remains out of the respective weight class. This is a very intense, highly entertaining, and exciting event. The bench press is judged by simply touch and go. The deadlift is judged by getting the weight up with hips locked out. Rounds one and two are know as the warm up rounds. So the competitors can gauge and get familiar with the judge and lift expectations. Rounds 3 - 5 are the contender rounds, most competitors will be eliminated during these rounds. Rounds 6 - 9 are the championship rounds, only a few competitors will make it to these grueling rounds where the respected King or Queen will be crowned.💪😎
