🌿 Sound Journey at Dusk: A Vision Within

Join us at dusk for a soul-soothing Sound Bath Journey designed to feel like a gentle vision quest — a sacred pause to listen inward, reconnect with your spirit, and simply be.

We’ll begin with gentle movement and light yoga to prepare the body for stillness, opening pathways for breath and energy to flow.

Then, allow yourself to fully surrender in restorative savasana, cradled by the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and the sounds of nature.

The space will be softly lit by candlelight as you journey inward.

We’ll close with a short guided meditation, supporting integration and peaceful reawakening.

This one-hour experience is open to all, and props are available to enhance your comfort.
