A beautiful Sound Healing Journey designed to cultivate self-discovery, expression, deep relaxation, and peace.

Date and time: 3rd Saturdays from 2-3:15pm
Sound Healing Journey designed to cultivate self-discovery, expression, deep relaxation, and peace. Instruments used may include crystal singing bowls, frame drum, wave drum, Peruvian chakapa and maraca, ankle bells, vocal tones, and African djembe. Participants are encouraged to set an intention before the journey begins.
What participants should bring: Water, comfortable blanket, yoga mat, eye mask. Blankets and thin yoga mats are also available.
Event Fee: $25 - payment through Setmore or PayPal required. Walk-ins accepted with $30 cash at the door.

Bio:
Ryan is a Sound Healer, Reiki Master, RYT-200, and eternal student who leads from the heart. He encourages participants to journey deeply inward with unique melodies, rhythms, and harmonic tones in a safe space.
Rear Entrance:
Parking: GPS MAY SEND YOU IN WRONG DIRECTION! Be sure to enter "The Bridge Healing Arts Center" in your GPS, and make sure it states FARMINGTON. Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says "304 Main Street". Follow the driveway all the way to the very back (long set of buildings) where it ends in a circle. Park there and use the rear entrance at the end of a ramp. Follow signs to the Awakening Room.
