Immerse yourself in a soul-soothing sound bath, led by the incredibly talented songstress and sound healer @vadomaofficial. Rejuvenate with an invigorating ice bath and sauna session to refresh and reset cocooned within nature. Reflect and ground yourself with a journaling session, capturing the insights of your journey.
