Step into the heartbeat of community.......
This monthly drum circle welcomes all adults —from curious beginners to seasoned rhythm keepers.
Together we’ll explore the beat of the drum through rhythm and free-flowing beats that lift the spirit.
No experience necessary, bring your frame drum (we have a few if you do not have one, please RSVP for one).
I suggest a Remo Buffalo Black Earth Drum (found at sweetwater sound, no affiliation with them) if you are looking to purchase one.

We focus on connection and having a safe space to play your drum out loud in harmony with others.
If you have taken Meditate: School of Mindfulness and Sound training this is an alumni space, It would be so great to have you join us.
