The Franklin County Recovery Rally is a free community event honoring the power of recovery and connection!

⭐ We’re also inviting organizations and community groups to join us by tabling at the event to share information and resources. There is no fee to table, and any organization is welcome to participate—we simply ask that all materials, resources, and items shared with visitors be free of charge.
