About Aleena Hill
Aleena Hill is a Somatic Healing Practitioner, Qigong instructor, and Master Herbalist dedicated to helping to cultivate resilience through movement, coaching, and community. As one of the Co-founders of The Wise Woman World, she guides people through transformational retreats, coaching, and supportive spaces designed for deep healing and personal growth. With seven years of Qigong practice, she integrates gentle movement with embodied wisdom to foster emotional, mental and physical resilience. In her class, participants will reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and build inner strength through somatic movement.
