San Juan College will host the 2025 Balloon Glow on Friday, September 26, at Graduation Plaza. The evening includes food, fun and entertainment starting at 5:30 p.m. with the balloon glow to light up at dusk. Admission is free.
The entertainment lineup includes Joe Tohonnie Jr. and the White Mountain Apache Crown Dancers as well as the San Juan Circus featuring Aerialist Emma Boone.
Food trucks offering an assortment of food, drinks and treats will be set up, and student-sponsored booths will feature carnival games, face painting and other fun activities.
An After-Glow Concert featuring the band Dance Me Outside is included in the entertainment lineup this year. They perform a variety of music ranging from pop to classic rock, oldies and country.
The 2025 San Juan College Balloon Glow is part of the City of Farmington Four Corners Balloon Rally, September 26 – 28. The schedule of events includes:
• Friday, September 26, Farmington Lake balloon ascensions, 7 a.m.
• Friday, September 26, San Juan College, Balloon Glow, 5:30-9 p.m.
• Saturday, September 27, Piedra Vista High School, balloon ascensions, 7 a.m.
• Saturday, September 27, Farmington Civic Center, Balloon Glow, 6-8 p.m.
• Sunday, September 28, Piedra Vista High School, balloon ascensions, 7 a.m.
In addition, KSJE 90.9 On The Road will provide live broadcasts of the morning balloon ascensions on the KSJE Facebook page for those who prefer to watch from home.
