Join us for a deeply transformative afternoon designed to release stored trauma, restore balance, and open the heart.

We will begin with a sacred Cacao Ceremony, connecting to the heart and setting intentions. Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine that awakens presence, compassion, and openness.

From there, we will move into Sonic Neural Breathwork—a powerful practice using breath, rhythm, and sound to reset the nervous system, release what the body has been holding, and create space for healing.

We will close in a guided Integration Circle, where you’ll be supported in grounding your experience, sharing from the heart, and carrying forward your insights into daily life.
