Loosing the Story Line
Join us Sunday, September 21st, at 10:00AM for a pancake breakfast followed by meditation and a dharma talk. The talk this week will be Loosing the Story Line. When emotions come up, we tend to fuel them with our thoughts. These habitual patterns are solidified by repetition. We can learn to respond differently freeing ourselves of the story line.
