About the event

"I Don't Know"' The Suffering of Change
Join us Saturday, July 26th, for our program "I Don't Know"; The Suffering of Change. Our thinking plays a part in how we work with change and the suffering we experience. With a review of the 4 Noble Truths, our thought process and the practice of meditation, we can see reality as it really is rather than our thoughts about reality. In other words, don’t believe everything you think!

Instead of trying to control or resist change, Shambhala encourages accepting the present moment and letting go of the desire for things to be different.

This program will be available both in-person by Zoom at the Dallas Center or by Zoom from your own location. Sign up on our website:
