I’m so thrilled to share a 7-week Sound-Filled Sunny Sunday Summer Series at the beautiful Retreat at Afton Farms — and you’re invited to join me in this gentle, grounding, and soul-nourishing experience. 🌿✨

Each Sunday afternoon (@1pm) this summer, we’ll gather under the open sky for an intentional sound bath, combining meditation, breath, and healing vibrations to bring balance, peace, and renewed energy. Every week we’ll focus on a unique affirmation to help you reconnect with yourself, your heart, and life’s beautiful abundance. 💛

🌻 Starts Sunday, July 7th- August 24th (Except 7/27)
🌻 Bring your yoga mat, lawn chair, or blanket and get cozy.
