Yoga in the Garden

Join us for a refreshing FREE yoga experience near the beautiful Edible Forest in the Northern Plains Botanic Garden Society Garden at Yunker Farm Park on June 28 from 9:00-10:00 am.

Surrounded by the early morning bird sounds and green space, this outdoor class will allow you to connect with nature while nurturing your mind and body.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, the Mojo Fit Studios instructor will guide you through soothing poses that harmonize with the sounds of the garden. Take a moment to breathe deeply, stretch, and find your center in this serene setting.

Don’t forget to bring your mat and a water bottle!
