Sushi Saturday!

We'll be focusing on the essentials to making your own sushi in our Sushi Saturday class. Join Chef Paul as he demonstrates how to prepare and season sushi rice, prep, slice, assemble and roll your own sushi rolls as we provide a variety of ingredients to work with including ahi tuna, crab and smoked salmon as well as various vegetables, fillings and sauces. Build your own rolls and have fun creating sushi to your tastes! This class will provide you with the essential information and confidence to prepare maki sushi rolls and nigiri at home
