🚨💙🇺🇸 Honoring Officer Jake Wallin - Open Community WOD

Next Monday, July 14th, we invite our entire community to join us for a special "Wallin WOD" during all regularly scheduled classes. This is an open, free workout to anyone in the community who wants to come honor fallen Fargo PD officer, Jake Wallin, on the day of his End of Watch.

Jake was part of our gym family two years ago, using CrossFit to supplement his training as he prepared to become a full-time member of the Fargo Police Department. We'll be completing a special workout in his honor, remembering that freedom is not free.

You can join us at any of our class times on July 14th:
* 5:15 a.m.
* 6:15 a.m.
* 8:30 a.m.
* 12:00 p.m. (noon)
* 4:15 p.m.
* 5:30 p.m.
* 7:30 p.m.

Your presence helps us honor Jake and support his family. We hope to see you there. Let's come together as a community to remember and pay tribute.
