Our 3 hour immersive Mini-Retreat is designed to nourish the needs of your inner child for a healthier sense of self-worth and increased joy.

75 min - Somatic Breathwork

Special guest, Rachel Harveland, will be traveling to Moorhead to guide you through a rhythmic somatic breathwork healing circle and inner child meditation. You'll spend just over an hour in a fully immersed experience with a focus on healing the inner child. You'll write letters and set your intention for our time together.

75 min - Thermacycling. Nature. Crafts.

Step into the wood-fire sauna and refreshing outdoor cold plunge to find a deeper connection to the body and self. This is an optional experience and will be offered at your own pace. During this time, there will also be space to rest and you can sip on cooling iced herbal tea, paint rocks, blow bubbles, and create a vision board that aligns with the theme of our retreat.

Participants will receive an email 48 hours before the event with a list of what to wear, where to park, and more.
