4 Week Intro to Aerial Silks

Build body awareness, strength, and confidence as you learn the basics of silks in a supportive small-group setting. No experience needed—everyone is starting fresh, and you’ll be working right alongside other beginners. Silks can be challenging, but that’s part of what makes it so rewarding. You’ll be surprised at just how strong you can become!

This 4-week intro series can be repeated as many times as you’d like, and space is limited to just 6 students.
