About the event

4 Week Adult Intro to Aerial Hoop

Progressively build body awareness and strength with aerial hoop! Each week we will introduce new skills and at the end of the series students will be able to piece tricks together into sequences. This four week session can be taken more than once, but there are only 6 spots available.
