Sit-Fit for all levels of MS run by Audrey.
All seated movement for all to enjoy, men and women.
This is a free of charge session. Please note we can offer a zoom link if you require, just send the team a message and we can send you the code.
while we have Sit-Fit going we can offer your carer to join Mark for a stroll down to the beach, afterwards we welcome them to join us for a cuppa, Biscuit and a chat.
