May Sunday Afternoon Soothing Sound Bath - Fareham

I invite you to join me for this sound bath as an opportunity to soothe your mind, body and soul, where I will be sharing gentle sound frequencies from my drum, ocean drum, crystal bowls, chime pipes, koshi chime, glockenspiel and flute.

Simply lay back, relax, and receive the amazing frequencies shared, knowing they are being absorbed on many levels.

Please bring everything with you to ensure you will be comfortable during the session (yoga mat to lie on, blankets, pillows etc). Chairs will be provided if you would prefer to sit up.

Please also bring a drink of water and a light snack for afterwards.

PLEASE NOTE: This session is for those over the age of 18 only, and is not suitable for those who have epilepsy, psychosis, a pacemaker fitted or are within the first trimester of pregnancy.
