As I am offering these sessions each month, it is my intention to build a lovely community of like-minded souls who truly value the benefits of meeting up on a regular basis, connecting with angelic energies, and bathing in gentle sounds which can soothe the mind, body and soul.
The format of each session consists of:
Welcome and Introductions.
Reminder of how we receive messages/information from angels.
Archangel/oracle card selections.
Meditation and sound bath to connect with a different angel each month, and to rest, reflect and realign. In July we will be connecting with Archangel Uriel.
Group reflections (for those who wish to share).
There will also be time at the end to have a chat with other group members if you wish to do so.
Please bring everything with you to ensure you will be comfortable during the session (yoga mat to lie on, blankest, pillows, eye mask etc). Chairs will be provided if you would prefer to sit up.
Please also bring a drink of water and a light snack for afterwards.
