What if…the energy in motion we produce is actually an untapped magical source
That can be sensed, moved with, used even.
What if… it’s actually the voice of our own Soul.

That just requires a structure to navigate this Divine “Wheel power?”

Over the last few decades, I have worked with the elemental understanding of manifestation.
Through my own Spiritual beliefs since a child.
Biochemical understanding of life as a Midwife
As well as the Medicine Wheel within alternative therapies.
Throughout it, I have noticed they all have one major aspect in common… the creator at their centre.
The often unnoticed, hollow bone of potential
The physical vessel…. Of humanity!
Our thoughts.
Feelings.
Passions.
Actions.
All making up the direction we are going, individually and collectively.
Each alone containing powerful qualities but together…. they develop a whole new World of possibilities.
That simply requires balance.
A Climate change if you like, of these internal systems.
What they don’t need is more repression, fixing, ignoring, over producing, control or even at times understanding.
They are here to move; energy cannot be destroyed, only changed.
Relying on an outlet, through us.
Daily from the food we cook to the words we speak homes we clean and futures we raise.
It doesn’t matter if we are inventing the next big thing or walking to the shops, in every moment we are manifesting something, often subconsciously, simply in what we feel.
Yet this biological, psychological, spiritual, practical perfectly normal process is still something feared, doubted, hidden or separated from.
Which is why I have decided to offer regular creative expression sessions.
Once a month.
For two hours.
Working with sounds, EFT, body mapping, laughter therapy, the stone people, crafting and much more.
To support not only our ability to be with the emotional process of our own potential, but facilitate energetically from within, the changes needed to deliver it.
There is no obligation to attend each session (they will however likely differ every time)
Refreshments and crafting materials will be provided (blankets and mats will need to be brought by the individual)
Each offering will cost £20

Please note the following before attending/ booking.
Due to size there is only space for ten people.
All places MUST BE BOOKED either online ( link in event) at (

Please arrive on time, doors will be open no later than ten minutes after we begin.
There is free parking available.
A train station less than ten minutes’ walk and a bus terminal that comes directly into the village.
I do not have an age restriction but ask all children be supervised.
Many of the treatments offered are unsuitable for epilepsy, early pregnancy or those with heart problems- please feel free to contact me prior if you have any concerns or allergies.
Alcohol or recreational drugs will NOT be permitted on the premises, neither will those under the influence.
Each session is likely to have relaxation benefits alongside emotional sharing’s and are therefore to remain confidential, unless otherwise stated by all participants.
In line with these regulations being upheld I adhere to the right to refuse entry for any reason that may not consider such respects.
