New to exercise or getting back into it? Our Beginner Functional Fitness Class is the perfect place to start!
This friendly, supportive class focuses on building strength, mobility, balance, and confidence through simple, practical movements that help you feel better in everyday life. Whether you're lifting shopping bags, climbing stairs, or just want to move with less stiffness and more energy, this class will help you get there — no experience needed.
We’ll guide you through low-impact, easy-to-follow exercises using body weight and light equipment like resistance bands, kettlebells, or small weights. Every move can be adapted to your ability, and you'll always be encouraged to go at your own pace.
What to expect:
