Sound Healing Meditation

Join Amanda Willis at Shamballa Healing Center for a Sound Healing Meditation, featuring a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, gongs, and chimes. These healing vibrations and frequencies shift the brain into a deeply relaxed and receptive state, promoting a sense of inner peace, connection, and well-being. Amanda also channels Reiki to the group throughout the session, helping to restore energetic balance and flow.

We provide mats and pillows, but please feel free bring with you anything that will help you feel comfortable sitting or lying down.
