Sound Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master Amanda Willis will offer a 1-hour group sound healing session featuring a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, gongs, and chimes. These healing vibrations and frequencies shift the brain into a deeply relaxed and receptive state, promoting a sense of inner peace, connection, and well-being.
Amanda also channels Reiki to the group throughout the session, helping to restore energetic balance and flow.
A sound bath experience is both meditative and deeply healing.
The result can be a state of profound relaxation, emotional release, and energetic realignment. Many participants report feeling lighter, more centered, as if their body and soul have been lovingly retuned.
