Join us for a lively and inspiring journey into the art of storytelling, where storytelling itself is the tool to unearth and craft your personal history. Inspired by the magic of The Moth, these two workshops are friendly sessions are perfect for uncovering fascinating stories from your life in a fun and supportive environment.
Led by award-winning storytellers Karen Chace and Andrea Lovett, you will engage with creative prompts and activities designed to guide you in discovering those special “story jewels” worth sharing. Whether you are a seasoned storyteller or desire to simply connect and share your memories. This workshop offers a meaningful way to explore your life stories using the art of storytelling.
The adventure begins with two sessions on Wednesday, August 13, and Thursday, 14th, both sessions are from 1 to 3 PM, at the Cultural Center at the Museums on the Green. In addition, there is an opportunity to share your story with an audience at a reception on Thursday, August 21, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM.
