Autumn Equinox: Reiki Drum and Meditation Class. The Autumn Equinox offers us a time of balance, a place to be calm and grounded after the expansive energy of Summer. We'll harness this lovely soothing energy with the 6 Healing Sounds of Qi Gong, gently shedding any stagnant Summer energy, allowing for the more introspective energy of Autumn. Followed by Reiki Drum, an incredibly balancing and grounding experience. The drum beat affords an opportunity for a deeper release of any stuck energy or emotions, clearing the way for setting intentions or making affirmations, enhanced by the New Moon energy.
