About the event

Behind the Scenes: Firepower Tour

Join our experts, Gunner’s Mate Tom Lowney and Fire Control Specialist Dr. John Scholes, on an intimate tour of Big Mamie’s 16” gunfire control system. This eight hour tour walks visitors through the process of loading, aiming, and firing the battleship’s 16” ordnance, all within historical context.

Time: 9am-5pm with lunch break

Advanced ticket purchase required. All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
