Maple Syrup 101

Whether you have a single maple (or birch, or walnut) in your backyard, or a developed multi-acre sugarbush, making your own syrup is easier than you think! All you need is a tap, a bucket, and the knowledge you’ll gain from this informative program and demonstration.

You’ll also get to see the brand-new BCR sugar shack, and learn about our syrup-making program. Please dress for the outdoors.
This program is weather-dependent, but will recur this winter.

Ages 8+ (Children must be accompanied by an adult.)
Cost: $8 BCR Members, $12 Nonmembers
Location: Beaver Creek Reserve at the Sugar Shack.
