Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 p.m.

This is a safe and welcoming space for women-identifying people to connect, heal, and grow together. Through open discussions, shared experiences, and mutual support members find strength, inspiration, and the tools to build a healthy, joyful, fulfilling life. This group offers a supportive environment to talk about tough topics and discover new paths toward healing.
