We have a brand new name and route (re-designed by our very own 2025 Scottish Ultra Trail winner Stuart Paterson), a new look, new branding, new sponsors, new merchandise and all organised by Everyrunner Events (Robert Myler) who you will already be familiar with being involved with the Kelpies Half Marathon, Everyrunner 10k trail race and the former Falkirk Ultra Trail Race and more.

The Trailspire Ultra is an exciting 6-hour endurance running event set in the stunning grounds of Callander Park, Falkirk. Formerly known as the Falkirk Ultra Trail Race, this re-imagined challenge invites runners of all levels to test themselves on a scenic and supportive looped course.
With rolling trails, woodland paths, and the historic backdrop of Callander House, participants will experience a beautiful mix of nature and heritage while pushing their limits. The format is simple: run as many laps as you can within 6 hours—whether you’re aiming for distance, endurance, or just soaking up the atmosphere, the choice is yours.
This event is unique. You can run as long as you want, stop at any given time and even finish the race after 4 hours. We won't judge you!
You might have a goal in place of achieving a half, full marathon, an ultra distance or simply want to run for 6 hours. It's your choice. Here is what happens if you are a relay team. As a relay team member you can decide the tactics, weather to run a lap each or run 2 or even 3 laps each. Its entirly up to you, its all about tactics. At 1pm you must decide if you can complete another lap because if you do head out and you dont make it over the finish line, your last lap won't count towards your final mileage. If you stop before 2pm and can't complete the final lap within the hour then your race is finished. Its only the solo athletes that will go onto a small lap for that final hour.
There will be spaces for 400 solo runners and 50 relay teams of 2 male, female, or mixed. It's your choice.
