Chair exercises ๐ช
are gentle classes, tailored to people's needs. I offer mix of Yoga (exercise practise from India) and Otago (strengthening and balance programme from New Zealand).
During those sessions you will have a chance to practice mudras ๐ (hand positions), asanas ๐คธ (stretches and strengtheners), relaxation ๐ค, pranayama ๐ฌ๏ธ (breathing techniques), balance exercises ๐ถand use the ankle weights ๐ฆต๐ฅณ.
I always offer modification and alternative when I see it's required ๐.
Those sessions are done in seated position, with my guidance and close supervision ๐. However, for those more able there is also a standing version of exercises.
It could be challenging at times ๐ช, but very rewarding afterwardsโบ๏ธ.

This class takes place in SeaLock Centre (Montgomery St, Grangemouth FK3 8QR) at 6.00p.m.
Classes are also available at different locations across Falkirk, Bo'ness and Bonnybridge.
