Full weekend includes:
Camping for the weekend available Friday afternoon – Sunday afternoon;
Free for members; non-members $10 per day.
You may also haul in and out each day if you prefer.
Stalls (2 box & several straight) are available at no cost to anyone on a first come basis, please bring your own bedding and be prepared to clean your stall before you leave the grounds. Water hydrants are open at two locations for easy access for your horses.
For the humans! Bathrooms with showers are open for the weekend as is the kitchen area.
Friday, August 22: 5:30 – 7 pm registration and “Cowboy Welcome” supper.
7:30 arena open for fun time on our obstacle course
Saturday, August 23: 8:00 am breakfast at the Club House.
10:00 am first trail ride starts at the arena – Lunch served at the Club House – out for for more riding
6:00 Dinner at the Club House
7:30 pm socializing with live music and dancing at the Club House
Sunday, August 24: 8:00 am breakfast at the Club House
10:00 am final trail ride leaves from the arena
1:00 pm farewells and end of weekend
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and wear an approved helmet per the NYS Vehicle & Traffic Law 1265: S 1265. Wearing of helmets. 1. No person less than fourteen years of age shall ride a horse unless such person is wearing a helmet meeting or exceeding ASTM F1163 (Safety Equipment Institute certified) Equestrian Standard.
All animals must be vaccinated for rabies & each equine must have a Coggins test dated within 2 years of the date of the event. All dogs and equines must be attended to and secure at all times.
There will be no double riders allowed at this event.
