Puerto Rico Retreat

Due to extenuating circumstance and forces out of our control we have changed the location of our 2025 retreat. Exhale is going on another yoga retreat. �This time around it’s going to be in Puerto Rico � . This is not happening through a retreat company, this is all organic, original content, that Exhale is hosting. It’s happening over Labor Day weekend (August 27th - September 1st) with travel � days being Wednesday and Monday. This Wisdom Tree Retreat � will explore the tree symbol in meditation, discuss the concepts of “Be, Do, Have” in self-development, and overall be a fresh sowing of seeds �, anchoring of roots �, stabilizing of trunk � and harvesting of fruits � for your personal growth and your yoga journey.Yoga � practice suitable for all levels with workshop postures will be twice a day, excursions: waterfall hike �, catamaran tour �, waterslide adventure �, and night kayak through bioluminescence �, plus a 30 minute Thai � session for each participant, all food, room and board (your casita has en suite bathroom) is ALL included in this $2500 4 day 5 night retreat.Come travel with us.
