2025 VBS – True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World

Vacation Bible School returns July 20th-24th at Faith Lutheran Church! The theme for this year is "True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World", where children ages pre-k to high school are invited to join us for the ultimate Alaskan adventure. True North VBS offers a variety of activities to point kids to Jesus and remind them of His love: catchy songs, team-building games, fun crafts, and awesome Bible-learning experiences.

Starting at 5:30pm with a meal, we’ll help kids discover what it means to trust Jesus in a wild world! Finding your way in a world gone wild can be challenging, but we have Jesus—our true north! As kids trek the Alaskan tundra, they’ll explore how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in our wild world today. Each day will conclude with a Compass Closing, a daily celebration of our rock-solid faith in Jesus that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Pointing kids toward Jesus, True North VBS shows them that he is a faithful friend we can always trust. HE IS OUR TRUE NORTH!
