One of the core and founding principles of our non profit and organization is providing opportunities for Teens and Adults with a variety of disabilities the opportunity to gain agency over their own lives, foster economic independence and have the opportunity to engage with others in the community.

We are THRILLED to continue to present our "EMPOWERMENT IN ACTION" program - a partnership between us and a young man who is a Chess Wizard and just happens to be on the spectrum.

Dragons’ Beginner Chess Academy

All sessions are 2 hours . Entry fee will $40/per participant Lesson plan may be subject to change based on participant progress. All that want to learn chess or brush up on their skills are welcome to join. This will run on Saturdays from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
