Take your practice to the next level by exploring forearm-based balances. Build stability and confidence as you work through Baby Crow, Bound Headstand, Forearm Stand, and Scorpion variations. Emphasis will be placed on shoulder strength, core engagement, and safe alignment, ensuring you have the tools to progress mindfully and sustainably.
